    Variable Frequency Drive

    Single motor working in conjunction with variable frequency drive (VFD) provides precision & variable speeds for roller. Digital temperature control. Inching switch for forward- reverse roller rotation. Auto cut for false feeding and finger safety guard. Operator’s safety & convenience.

    Roller & Padding

    Roller is fabricated in steel & is precision machined with drilled perforations. Runs on self aligning ball bearings with moisture exhaust. Gear driven. Padded with steel galvanized springs & heat resistant double layer polyester padding. Long roller & padding life.

  • Gear Box Drive
    Gear Box Drive

    Roller is driven by an electric motor working with a reduction gear box unit. The final drive to the roller is also through gear / sprocket mounted on the trunnion. Simultaneous transmission to the conveyor feed belts. Silent drive. No speed loss.

  • Conveyor Feed Belts
    Conveyor Feed Belts

    Rubberized steel roller runs in self aligning ball bearings & driven by chain & sprocket. Polyester feed belts with welded seams are easily joined & detached through S.S. Combs. Firm grip of feed belts with the roller. Easy feed belts tensioning device. Easily replaceable feed belts. No slippage.
