Quick & automatic folding of all sizes of flat linen up-to 2 Lengths + 3 Cross Folds.

Smart Touch Screen Computer

Programmable Computer can be customized for any folding configuration. The preset programs can be easily modified or erased. LCD shows flow of all primary & cross folds. Integrated with Inverter Drives for precise speed synchronization with the Ironer. Easy to understand & operate.
Automatic Fold Size Selection

Multi positioned photo sensors along the Feed Conveyor electronically measure length of the item for programmed number of primary & cross folds. Unique positions of photo sensors can correct any linen deviation & ring alarm to prevent jamming. Accurate folding for all sizes.

2 Primary Folds+3 Cross Folds

1st Primary fold through full vertical drop. 2nd Primary fold by converging rollers. 1st Cross fold by a “Blade fold” directing the linen between rollers. 2nd Cross fold by an air jet & 3rd Cross by automatic “Lift fingers” through reverse conveyor mechanism. Neat folds at all times.
Perfect Speed Synchronization

Advance PLC working in conjunction with Variable Frequency Drives, Proximity Sensor & Pneumatics felicitate required number & types of folds. Automatic adjustment for all sizes of flat linen. Compatible with any Flatwork Ironer with perfect speed synchronization.
