Intended Use:

Hard pressing & drying of all types of laundered garments & textile made up articles.

Stainless Steel Polished Head

Curved pressing surface is steam jacketed & is spring suspended on rocker arms for self aligning with buck. Pneumatic raising & lowering with jumbo push buttons at the front work table. Buck is padded with heat resistant silicon/molleton padding. Perfect alignment. Fine pressing. Operator’s safety & convenience.
Digital Timed Release
Head is released automatically by a digital timer which can be preset from 2 to 180 seconds. Automatically resets to preset time for repeat operations. Head can be released by pressing red jumbo push button at any time before the preset time. Safe drying & fine pressing of all types of cotton garments.

Rocker Arms, Air Cylinder & Springs.

Rocker arms fitted to the head, move on ball bearings. Head & rocker arms are counter balanced at the back by springs. A pneumatic cylinder with solenoid operated air control valves affect raising & lowering of head. Smooth operation of Rocker Arms & Head.
Silicon Padding. High Quality Fabrics.

Thick layer of silicon foam & heat resistant top cover form high porosity padding. Efficient airflow. Padding remains dry at all times.
